1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any service provided by AEVOICE AI Inc. ("AEVOICE", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AEVOICE AI Inc.. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
MedZoa is a health management platform that provides:
- ✓Personal health record management for patients and families
- ✓AI-powered health assistant for questions about your health data
- ✓Voice consultation recording with AI transcription and summarization
- ✓Appointment scheduling, medication tracking, and vital signs monitoring
- ✓Hospital management tools including bed, lab, pharmacy, and billing modules
- ✓Emergency alert and SOS notification features
- ✓Document storage for prescriptions, lab reports, and medical scans
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
- ✓ You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- ✓ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- ✓ You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- ✓ You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- ✓ One person or entity may not maintain more than one patient account or one provider account.
3.2 Account Types

4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- ✗ Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or national law
- ✗ Upload, store, or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- ✗ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or system resources
- ✗ Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties
- ✗ Use the AI assistant to obtain definitive medical diagnoses or replace professional care
- ✗ Use emergency alert features for non-emergency or fraudulent purposes
- ✗ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- ✗ Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
- ✗ Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without permission
- ✗ Use the service to store non-health-related data or for general file storage
5. Healthcare Disclaimer
- ⚠ The platform does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
- ⚠ AI-generated summaries, interpretations, and responses are for informational purposes only.
- ⚠ Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions.
- ⚠ In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US) immediately — do not rely on this app.
- ⚠ The AI health assistant may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Verify all health information with a licensed professional.
- ⚠ Consultation transcriptions and summaries are AI-generated and may contain errors. They must be reviewed by a clinician before clinical use.
- ⚠ Lab result interpretations are educational only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis.
- ⚠ Emergency alert features depend on network availability and may fail. Do not rely solely on this service for emergencies.
- ⚠ Medication reminders are a convenience feature and not a guarantee. You are responsible for following your doctor's instructions.
6. AI Assistant Disclaimer
MedZoa uses artificial intelligence (LLM-based models) to provide health-related assistance, consultation summaries, and lab result interpretations. You acknowledge and agree that:
- • AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
- • AI-generated content is not reviewed by a licensed physician and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
- • The AI does not have access to real-time clinical data beyond what is stored in your account.
- • AI responses are general in nature and do not account for your individual medical history unless explicitly referenced.
- • The AI cannot and does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or recommend treatment plans.
- • Any action you take based on AI responses is at your own risk.
- • We continuously improve our AI models; responses may change over time for the same query.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA.
8. Payments & Subscriptions
8.1 Subscription Plans
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees until you cancel.
8.2 Billing
- ✓ Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- ✓ You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
- ✓ Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store raw card data.

- ✓ Provider accounts may incur per-usage charges for SMS, voice, and AI credits beyond plan limits.
8.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
9. Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, software, features, and branding, is owned by AEVOICE AI Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
9.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all health data, documents, and information you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the service to you.
9.2 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the AI assistant (summaries, interpretations, responses) is provided to you for your personal use. You may share it with your healthcare provider. We retain no ownership claim over AI-generated content derived from your data.
10. Third-Party Services
The service integrates with third-party tools and services, which may include:
- • Twilio (SMS and voice notifications)
- • Stripe (payment processing)
- • Google (authentication and sign-in)
- • AI/LLM model providers for the assistant feature
We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.
11. Disclaimers & Warranties
- ✗ We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- ✗ We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, transcriptions, or interpretations.
- ✗ We do not warrant the emergency alert system will function in all circumstances.
- ✗ We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or browsers.
- ✗ Health-related information provided by the service is not a substitute for professional medical care.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEVOICE AI Inc. shall not be liable for:
- ✗ Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- ✗ Any medical outcomes, misdiagnoses, or treatment decisions based on AI-generated content
- ✗ Failure of the emergency alert system to deliver notifications
- ✗ Loss or corruption of your health data, except as caused by our gross negligence
- ✗ Any unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect credentials
- ✗ Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months (or $50, whichever is greater)
- ✗ Downtime, service interruptions, or data loss caused by third-party providers
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination:
- • Your access to the service will be disabled immediately.
- • Your health data will be retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule, then deleted or anonymized.
- • If you are a provider, your connected patients will be notified of the change.
- • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability, IP, disclaimers) remain in effect.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of subscription fees.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court.
You and AEVOICE AI Inc. waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will:
- • Post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.
- • Notify registered users via email or in-app banner.
- • Provide 30 days' notice before material changes take effect.
Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
